Ms. Brown is the Founder, CEO, and President of Victory Global Solutions, Inc. (Victory), a Systems
Engineering and Information Technology (IT) Solutions company. Ms. Brown’s core competence is
solving client business problems as a Trusted Advisor through the application of enterprise
networking and information assurance technology solutions.
Ms. Brown and her team of technologists are catalysts leading strategy-aligned technology change
while driving tangible business results. Ms. Brown has worked with diverse clients from defense,
federal and state government to commercial industries including telecommunications to achieve
significant accomplishments in design and business process implementation; business-aligned IT
strategies, architectures, and plans resulting in performance improvements. Victory has been
teamed with HP for over 10 years to deliver mission critical network infrastructure solutions to the
Warfighter. Also, Victory supports NASA and HHS ensuring that critical Information Systems meet
security and regulatory compliance.
Most recently, Ms. Brown has teamed with Emerson Network, Caterpillar, and Active Power to implement high energy efficient solutions applying “Green Technology” for agencies in the State of Maryland and Department of Interior. Ms. Brown is committed to serving her customers with excellence as demonstrated by Victory’s achievement of ISO quality management certification; and completion of the Department of Defense’s Air Force Mentor Protégé Program with HP as the Mentor.
Prior to launching Victory, Ms. Brown worked with Fortune 500 companies leading IT strategy formulation, planning and implementation programs as the Director, Consulting and Services for Telcordia Technologies/Bellcore, a SAIC company; Senior Management Consultant and Project Manager for IBM Consulting Group’s Business Transformation and IT Strategy and Planning practices; Director, Operations for Prudential Insurance Company; and Systems Engineer for IBM Corporation.
Ms. Brown received an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. During her studies, she was a fellow and intern for the prestigious Wharton “Center for Applied Research”. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University in Management Information Systems. Also, Ms. Brown recently completed both “Building a High-Performing Business” at the Tuck School of Business – Executive Education – Dartmouth College, and ME University’s Profitable Branding Strategy and Capacity Building Boot-camp as a Hewlett Packard (HP) Fellow. She has also completed CMM training and leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership.
Ms. Brown is active in mentoring and coaching college students. Each year she provides employment internships with her company for these students. She has served as a member of Howard University’s School of Business Advisory Council Board for the Department of Information Systems and Analysis; where Victory has established and funded a scholarship fund for business school students. Ms Brown has received recognition by ChannelWeb/IT as one of 100 Powerful Women; selected to the Atlanta Business League’s list of “Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence” recognized during the annual “Women of Vision” Breakfast; and won the Atlanta Business League’s Outstanding Achievement premiere award.
